STEP ONE – Pick One. Decide on the topic or subject matter for your book. Keep it focused, so each page is power packed. Once you have done that, we’ll hold a 15-minute discovery call.
STEP TWO –Food for thought. Based on our discovery call and any notes or outline you provide; you will receive 20- 30 questions to answer during a phone interview. You can alter, or add questions to those provided. You’re encouraged to add questions!
STEP THREE – The Talk. We’ll schedule a 90-minute phone call, that will be recorded. The transcribed audio, along with any notes and supporting documentation (maximum 20 pages) you provide becomes content for your book.
STEP FOUR – Time to Make the Donuts. This is where the content is transcribed, notes and relevant supporting information inserted and the book is written and edited into 60-85 pages of literary wonder. You’ll get the opportunity to make any content changes at this step. This is the only step content can be changed.
STEP FIVE - Making the Book. We’ll format the interior, design the cover, and set the book up for distribution through our Ingram Content partners, including publishing to Amazon Kindle. We’ll provide the technical set up for printing of an initial run of 120 books. (additional copies may be purchased at any time at a wholesale rate)
ADDED VALUE – We’ll provide you with one media release, five social media posts, and two articles based on content from your book, that you can use on your website, blog or as a marketing tool to promote the book.

OTHER THINGS TO
NOTE: This program is not for those who want to write fuller-length books. We are open to discuss customizing something for you, if that’s what you desire. However, we cannot offer or guarantee the rate for this program for your custom quote. This program is for books with a maximum page count of 85. And the inclusive fee includes 120 printed books. Additional books must be purchased at a special wholesale rate of approximately $3.00 per book. The inclusive fee includes: 15-minute discovery session, 90-minute recorded interview, transcription, content development/editing, proofreading, interior/cover layout, ISBN assignment, set up in distribution program, set up for Kindle publishing, technical set up and shipping and handling. Printed books are 6 x 9, four color simple cover (simple cover means no complex graphics/photos, easy inclusion of author photo, simple background with dynamic fonts), black and white interior (no extensive charts/graphs/graphics), minimum 60 pages – maximum 85 pages. You will have the opportunity to review a PDF book proof, prior to title going into final print. |
